Question: I’ve lost quite a bit of weight(80 pounds) by dieting and now Im just looking to lose my last little pooch and tone up. Im not looking to get ripped or anything but being nice and toned would work just fine. I’m 5’7 and 130 with a medium frame. I can take something challenging that requires a commitment, any work out video recomendations?
Answer: I am in your same shoes. I like to work out 20 to 30min at the gym cardio. Than i swear by the Kim Kardashian work out videos. I toned up all my extra baggage with this method. i lost a total of 95lbs.
